YOUR COOKIES LOOK GOOD, BUT DO THEY TASTE GOOD TOO?
YES! They taste just as good as they look! Our cookies are flavored sugar cookies (vanilla, lemon or almond) and are made using only high quality ingredients including real butter, flour, sugar and eggs.
HOW WILL MY COOKIES BE PACKAGED FOR PICK-UP?
Each cookie is indiviudally packaged and heat sealed in a cellophane bag prior to being boxed in a bakery box.
CAN I SEE A SAMPLE OF MY COOKIE DESIGN BEFORE I CONFIRM MY ORDER?
We will use your theme, colors and inspiration to design the best cookie set for your event/party but the final design is up to our expert decorators to carry out the theme in what they determine will work best within the medium of cookie decorating. If you have "must haves" for your cookie set, please be sure to describe specifically. (i.e. I want the cow to be pink and white instead of black and white)
CAN I SEND YOU A PICTURE OF COOKIES I LIKE TO RECREATE?
While we do NOT completely COPY other artist's creations, our goal is to take design elements that you like, and create one-of-a-kind cookies especially for you! So, if you're providing photos, please tell us EXACTLY what you like about the photos you're referencing.
About Our Cakes
HOW MUCH DO YOUR CAKES COST?
Prices vary depending on size, detail, intricacy and complexity of your design. We often run specials and holiday promotions for our unicorn and drip cakes, so those generally start at $75 each. For custom cakes, we have a $100 minimum, which generally serves about 9-11 people.

So glad you asked! YES! Our cakes are made using only high quality ingredients. This aint no grocery store cake shop! So, YES! They do taste as good as they look!
DO YOU SELL SHEET CAKES, READY-MADE CAKES OR "BASIC"/SIMPLE CAKES?
Sheet cakes are ONLY offered with a custom cake order. WHY? well, we pride ourselves on creating one-of-a-kind works of art, so NO, we do not offer "basic" cakes becasue that's just not our style.
We work closely with you to make sure each "show stopping" cake is unique and reflects the recipients personality and sense of style. We create custom "centerpiece" cakes. Not basic cakes.
Since we are a CUSTOM BAKERY and A HOME BASED BAKERY, it is VERY RARE that we have grab-and-go cakes available. If we do, it will be a holidy promotion or FLASH SALE that is advertised on our Instagram/Facebook pages!
DO YOU MAKE GLUTEN-FREE OR DIETARY CAKES?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer gluten-free or sugar free desserts simply because we have not found recipes that we think are as amazing as our regular cakes. Sorry, but maybe sometime in the future.
DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes, we delivery within 50 miles of our home bakery (we service Rosharon, Arcola, Fresno, Sugar Land, Pearland, Missouri City and the Greater Houston Area).
Delivery is available Sunday through Friday. There are NO SATURDAY deliveries.
*Minimum order for delivery is $100. Price of delivery is based on location. You can CONTACT US, with details regarding your event and we can send you a quote for delivery.
DO YOU SHIP YOUR CAKES OR COOKIES?
Unfortunately, as a home bakery in Texas, we follow the regulations and guidelines under the "Texas Cottage Food Law" and cannot legally ship orders.
HOW DOES PICK-UP WORK?
All pick-ups are scheduled Monday through Friday and occasionally on a Sunday. However, there are NO SATURDAY pick-ups. All pick-ups are by appointment ONLY at a private residence in Rosharon, TX 77583. The week of your order, we will contact you via email with a link to our online calendar to schedule your pick-up appointment.
Being on time for your appointment is IMPORTANT. As home bakery, we are juggling work schedules, children's schedules and our bakery schedule. So, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your pick-up appointment, we charge a FLAT LATE FEE of $10 to be paid via cash or credit/card PRIOR TO receiving your order. If you are more than 20 minutes late to your pick-up appointment, your pick-up will need to be rescheduled to our next earliest availability which may not be until AFTER your event! So, it is very important that you do your best to keep your scheduled pick-up appointment.
Should you need to reschedule your pick-up appointment, please contact us by calling us at 281-849-9861 at least 24 hours in advance of you original appointment time.
Tastings & Ordering
HOW MUCH ARE CAKE TASTINGS, AND WHAT DO THEY ENTAIL?
We charge $20 per couple for tastings, but when you book your order with us, the $20 gets applied toward your order. We recommend that you bring any pictures, invitations, etc., that may help us come up with something perfect for your event. You can choose 3 cake flavors and 2 icing flavors for your tasting. More options are available for an additional fee.
Tastings are by appointment only, so give us a call to chat about your event and check availability today!
HOW CAN I ORDER A CAKE, CUPCAKES OR COOKIES?
There are a few ways to order, you can call us, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or CONTACT US HERE! Either way, we'll need ALL the details regarding your event in order to provide you with a quote. (Date, time, theme, colors, flavors, amount of servings needed, and any ideas or pictures you have for reference.)
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR YOU TO GET BACK TO ME?
We will review your submission and get back to you within 48 hours. For faster service, you can give us a call M-F from 9AM - 6PM or Sundays from 11AM - 5PM at 281-849-9861. Remember, we are closed on Saturdays.
DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL STORE WHERE I CAN WALK IN AND PURCHASE CUPCAKES OR VIEW YOUR WORK?
Unfortunately, we do not. As a home bakery, everything we make is pre-order only (with the exception of flash sales and holiday specials). HOWEVER, if it's pictures you want to see, we have almost ALL of our work featured online HERE by category! You can also follow us on Facebook or Instagram to see some of our most recent work!
HOW EARLY SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
A cake order should be placed as soon as you have finalized all the details of your event (colors, theme, design, amount of servings, etc.). Since we are usually booked a few weeks in advance, we do encourage early ordering. (4-6 weeks advance notice is recommended, but we're happy to fit you in whenever our schedule permits.)
Donations Request Policy
Regretfully, due to the fact that we are a Texas Cottage Food Bakery, we are prohibited by Texas law from participating in fundraisers (i.e. bake sales, silent auctions, etc).
Deposits, Booking and Cancellations
IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Yes. We require a non-refundable 50% deposit to book your order. If your balance is not paid IN FULL two weeks prior to your event, you forfeit your deposit, and risk not being accomodated.
WHY IS IT NON-REFUNDABLE?
Because remember when we told you we BOOK UP often? . . . Well there would be NO WAY for us to go back and get all of the customers we said NO to, to backfill YOUR SPOT if you decide to cancel your order. Your deposit ensures availability FOR YOU and we manage our entire production schedule based on YOUR ORDER once you book it.
After we discuss the details of your event and decide on a cake that you like, if you are interested in booking and would like to proceed, we would require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid in full two weeks prior to your event. The balance and deposit are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE, meaning you can NOT cancel one date and then change it for another.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all credit cards and cash (via CashApp) only. For your protection, we do NOT process credit card orders over the phone. However, for your convenince, we can email you an invoice for you to pay online.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY?
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due upon order placement. Balance is due, in full, two weeks prior to your event. If an order is not picked up on the day of pick-up or delivery is denied, the client is still responsible for the full balance of the order. We will make every attempt to contact your in the event of a missed pick-up or denied delivery. If a cancellation is made less than two weeks prior to your event, the balance is still due in full. **Please understand that when you book an order, we decline other others. If you cancel, that could result in hundreds of dollars lost, just to accommodate your order since there's no possible way we could go back to every single person we said "no" to.
IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION:
1. All requests for cancellation must be made in writing.
2. If a cancellation is received (more than two weeks prior to your event), your deposit will not be refundable.
3. If a cancellation is received less than two weeks prior to the promised delivery/pick-up date, the full balance is still the client's responsibility.
